Never that bad for me, apart from when I ate 4 CNP protein bars a few weeks back
I get bad gas on my 600+ carb up days though.

The missus hates it, especially when I've ate pork/onions too.
The lads at work love my boiled egg and mackeral combination, both when I eat it, and when it starts to come out.
Bet they do...
Ever since I've started having whey protein shakes my farts are absolutely minging. I just stunk a whole cinema out. It's only been a week but please someone tell me my body adjusts, or tell me something other than a gas mask I can use to help it.

I wasn't even exaggerating. My friend, God bless his soul, just sat there with tears in his eyes and never said a thing. Loads of other people did, though, including a lass on the way out: "I think someone fucking shit themselves".
Hopefully never realised it was me.
All I can think of is that the shakes have milk-derived amino acids and whatnot in, and I haven't bought a pint of cows milk for over a year. I've also massively upped my protein intake - before this I probably got about 60% of what my body needed whereas now it'll be over 100% (those figures are complete guesses mind). So, now my stomach is like "What the fuck is all this? Get it the fuck outta here!"
Seriously these farts are unholy. Just bought some Benno pills off eBay.
