Is there a worse company in the UK at the moment for customer service? Barely able to understand the Indians and their policies and procedures are a joke. Trying to move a contract onto Pay as you go and get an unlock code for the missus' sony ericsson. They said they have to send a new sim out. Three were able to just update my sim to make it pay as you go - no bother at all. Then just rang for an unlock code to use the phone here and they said it takes 7-14 days and will charge £20. Again Three were no bother, it was £15 and they gave me it straight away. When I challenged this with a team leader(after a previous one hung up on me) and told them my experience with Three she said it was impossible to do it straight away - er no it fucking isn't. I also tried to bring up the fact I'd been hung up on and she just kept changing the subject. When I asked to be put through to someone more senior she said I'd have to ring back and hope I could get someone senior!
