sorry, hate nirvana with a passion - IMO they were possibly the worst of the west coast 'grunge' bands

Of course Nirvana fans could easily counteract this by saying Cobain was far more important than Mercury.
After all, the remaining members of Nirvana accepted they could never continue without the main contributing force who was basically 90% of the productive elements of the band.
Queen have managed to carry on without Mercury.

i thin the fact killing joke 'borrowed' that riff from the damned has more to do with them dropping any case against nirvanaKilling Joke were in the process of suing Nirvana too.
Then dropped charges after Cobain died.
Grohl then played on one of their later albums as a 'thank you'.

Definitely Where Did You Sleep' unplugged, when he opens his eyes man and almost returns to reality.
