Solo pop album from Jen Pop (frontwoman of American pop-punk band the Bombpops). I’m only giving it a go because I’m a little bit in love with her.
It’s got promise without being particularly good on first listen. The songs that are just like Poppy versions of the Bombpops are better than when she tries deviates from that formula.

The new Fat White Family is really good. Shame it’s looking like their last with Saul leaving and that.
I think it's pretty ropey. I was expecting it though. Pretty sure they'll wrap it in after this tour and Lias will go solo.

I enjoyed Fat White Family but as 5 songs from it were released before today I'd heard them a few times. Not too keen on the spoken word track about circumcision though.
