Anyone know if they;ve sorted out the problems?
From this morning:
@NatWest_Help: Customers account balances have not updated properly overnight. If money has gone into an account it may be delayed appearing on the balance
Use their systems at work, still buggered, been like this since overnight Tuesday and no changes so far at all.

Aye system issues I can understand, must be a major crash to take this long, we've got millions in and out today. Not good, even worse if you're a personal customer who cant access your own cash as it's not updating.
Yes, this is us. Its payday and have direct debits and standing orders going out today, but we can't actually withdraw any cash. Bloody joke!
This is an absolutely massive fuckup that people haven't been able to access their money for 2 days. Means a second day stuck in the house for me cause I can't afford to buy my train ticket.
Luckily I have some cash, but if its not sorted it balls up our weekend. We have relatives from the NE visiting and if we cant get cash we are knackered.
Whats the situation for individuals then? If you have money in your account you can't access it? Or is it because it's not showing the recent credit that put the money in your account?
Are debit cards working?
I'm with Natwest myself but doubt I'll need cash out til maybe Sunday and havent used my debit card all week either so not sure if I'll be affected. Another week before I get paid, so I have money in my account, I'm not waiting for any credits or owt.
I'm a Natwest customer and my pay went in OK yesterday. Balance updated by 9:30 pm last night and I made a couple of payments online which went out immediately.

Benn an issue at work since before it was being reported as widespread. Still not working as of 5 minutes ago.
Go to the bank and demand a cash withdrawal. Say you will happily pay the fees if you are overdrawn but you need the money. Kick up a massive fuss if they don't give it to you.
Doubt she'll have to kick up a fuss, I would imagine they will be accommodating under the circumstances.
Pain in the arse if she's miles from the nearest branch though.

Still showing nothing gone into our acct ...giving them till 10am then iam away down to the So Shields branch.
I am miles away and we have torrential rain here, don't really want to have to take the bairn out in this as other half has the car at work. God knows when they will get it sorted,
