Nice gig anichebe has got mind. Sign for a club, take wages even though you aren't fit to play (personally I'd have told him he could use the facilities for free and sign him when up to speed like), play once (when you pretty much charge around just running into people), then another break. What a f***ing awful signing he looks like being

Every West Brom fan I've seen comment on his signing said his fitness is a joke. Obviously we don't care about these things and just sign the players anyways

Yet another example of the piss poor mis management in the summer. shows up the joke of a transfer window Moyes and Ellis had. It'll be 1 point from 7 games come tomorrow evening.

On a separate note, why is Moyes waiting til now to get his own staff in?

TBF thats a bit harsh on SAFC. Ellis must be livid that England pissed about over Allardyce and only decided at the 11th hour to go for him. Moyes came in late and was dealt a crap hand. We are consequently playing catch up at everything and had to make some pretty swift and ultimately crap decisions about certain things.

Surely over a month of the window to go is enough time to buy some attacking players though? We pretty much have no forward options at all, that can't be blamed on the FA and BSA thing. Also to let Lens go on f***ing loan was just a joke. It was almost like we've been trying to get rid of goal scorin options from the team

Oh, and M'Vila.

Trouble is, we needed forward options who were willing to play second fiddle to JD. That probably accounts for most of the failure to sign players like Naismith and Ulloa.

Was he though? Could have kept the same team that finished last season strongly if he wanted. M'Villa and Yedlin were available if we wanted them and I'm assuming he sanctioned the Kaboul transfer to Watford?

Take a look at all the attacking players that transfered to other clubs during the last month of the window, assess which ones we could have afforded and then compare them to what we have. It's stunning how many people believe that proven strikers, creative midfielders, etc. are just sitting out there waiting for a call from the Sunderland manager and willing to come.
