this lad is a beast
Be careful.......he doesn't look like he lifts light weights with perfect form. In fact, he looks like he might go to failure.......the lord will be along in a minute to tell you off
Wow, that was funny, but not as funny as the fact that you attempt to mock me as opposed to posting an informed response in the thread where training to failure with weights was discussed.
Tbf this section of the forum would be fuck all without Titus.
Were you searching for wanking material and did you enjoy it?
yes, and very much so.
Wonder how many calories that burns.
only about 2 by the time i'm finished.
Here man, why do you find the need to argue with everyone who has a differing opinion to yours? For every article you post from some scientist or journal there will always be an opposite opinion out there too.
I googled training to faiure and the first two articles are for and against....
I had a career in the Parachute Regiment which required me to understand speed, strength and endurance...... I have been traing with weights for over 20 years........I know what works for me.
Because you said he must train to failure for optimal results, which is something you couldn't substantiate and is just plain false. Instead of actually posting a reply in that thread, you tried to be funny in another thread.
Ah "it works for me" - the least credible argument to anything relating to nutrition/training.
I'm on your side mate because you are a boxer.
Ross Enamait is a machine. Me and my mate have been into his videos for a good while.
Dorian Yates trained to failure, didn't do him any harm to be honest
If you want true motivation that you can do anything if you set your mind to it, look no further than this truely inspirational guy.
dead link, mate.
well done to the guy and good luck in the future but it doesn't make me want to blitz the gym.
Motivation isnt just needed to get off your backside snd go to the gym, but if ever people think anything is beyond them then this guy is proof enough that you can achieve anthing in life if you want too (within reason)
If you knew the guy before his disability he was a man mountain and would never say never, he has carried that through with his disability and done things that both you and I would struggle with.
My point was if ever you needed a pick you up and you thought that your life was difficult think of what this guy has been through and what he has done since then, self motivation is the biggest asset in get up and go this guy has it in spades
agree with all of this, but the point of starting this thread in the diet and exercise part of the forum was for people to put up motivational videos involving fitness, strength etc. not lessons for life.
