I rise anytime between 6 and 12 as the fancy takes me and swill down my meds.

up at 10 to 8 with our lass and while she showers and dresses i make her breakfast and sit at the table chatting with her till she leaves for work then i lie about until i fancy doing summit. no kids and work abroad like so im not just a total waster ha ha hah

Up about 6.30 - have a p*ss (wash hands), make sandwiches for my lunch and a fruit smoothie for me, missus (no) and son. Have a shower, brew up tea, unload dishwasher, have breakfast, brush teeth, off to work about 7.30. In office just after 8.00, another brew, check in here!
