Well, I feel better.
Of course he will, the meltdowns on here are incredible.
That Paxton fella being a major culprit, proper bellend
My attitude is if O'Neill can't get it right with us then nobody ever will, his record has always been class. Can't really see the day when I want him out.
MON out!..... Fucking academy trees are a disgrace as well!
I'm with Bristow on this one. This place interests me less and less these days.
Edit: For the record, i think he is refreshing and i like his enthusiasm.
Perspective. When you think how far we've come since SNQ bought out BM, it can't fail to make you feel uplifted. Well it does me.
I haven't slagged MON off once, and I await you to quote my post on which I did.
The only thing I slagged off was I thought Fletcher was a little overpriced and for the fee he would command we could look elsewhere.
exactly and don't forget we are too good for any player that has been linked, we need to show ambition and go for better players
We are Sunderland you know
This is exactly how I feel mate
If we're bottom at Christmas you and many others shall want him out marra.
I won't like, if we get relegated I will question him but not at Christmas ffs
If O'Neill cannot fix Sunderland nobody can, he is certainly the best manager we will ever attract
Why was he on radio Newcastle and not radio Sunderland
Obviously after the job, get rid ASAP before he fucks our season up
We finished 10th the season before hand, and were still mid table in November, and a large majority of fans were hounding Bruce out.
I totally agree, it was Bruce's time to go, but our fans like to instantly get on the managers back if a few results don't go our way. By the end of last season you could see that a few fans were starting to lose their lid with the teams performances. What's say that doesn't happen again?
Maybe not you, but a lot of fans would if we end up in that situation.
Get your fingers out Martin!
it wasn't just the results that got the fans on Bruce's back mate, it was the constant excuses etc that pissed a lot of people off. He made it pretty difficult to command respect.
I agree though that if things don't go well that O'Neill will get abuse and it will be earlier than Christmas too, reading some of the stuff on this board we are relegated already.
This place is so bi polar it's scary. One defeat and we're doomed, one win and it's "Europe here we come".
If O'Neill fails here I think I will roll over and accept that the club is cursed for good.
We will find it hard to get another manager as good as him.
If we fuck up with MoN, then we are doomed to do nowt.
