I had my first chicken sausage last week (chicken and leek) and it was really nice. It did come from a speciality sausage place though, chose it as it was their lowest fat one.they do chicken sausage as well... sounds vile!

i do too but like a rummage around those Asian shops when I'm nearI bought all mine online. Cheap as chips too.
