Trained legs on a hangover the other day. Had to stop to stumble onto a bench on the way home, so ill. Spent three days recovering from that one. (The workout, not the hangover)
Strangely, only body parts I'm enjoying at the moment.
I'm walking as if I shat me sell again.
How come is it, once you get three or four sessions out the way nowt hurts that much but legs just never stop knacking

That used to be the case for me. Legs still hurt far more than anywhere else, but if you're going as heavy as possible with a good stretch and squeeze most other body parts still get some fairly nasty DOMS. Whether that's the case for everybody else I don't know. Chest especially.
