I've decided to finally get off my arse and get rid of this extra weight and also improve my fitness without getting knackered easy. I'm planning to go running most nights of the week on an evening. As well as cut down on the amount of shite I eat during the week, takeaways etc. It'll also help me cut down on spending most of my wage on food as well. Anyone else got any tips or advice for what lies ahead? I've got a bit of a capital D going but at the age of 24 it takes the piss. I bought the Nike App for my mobile to get started running locally and hopefully to go further as 'the weeks progress.
