So are we singing No Pope of Rome or Rifles of the IRA then???
It makes it neither ok or not ok. It just is. There will always be fanatics among any body of football supporters especially when that club has become a focal point for the history of a culture and community.
People are unforgiving and a quick glance at the smb will tell you that. It's exactly the same attitude that sees folk on here defending coin throwing at Joey Barton and exactly the same attitude that will see VE style celebrations on here when Ms Thatcher finally pops her clogs. Just a matter of degrees, that's all.
C'est la vie.
Not this tedious shite again.
Horrible cunt How anyone can support that banner and live on our isles then hang your head in shame.
Ridiculous like- for a start they are about as anti-english as you can get so they can fuck off anyway, but why the fuck should they be allowed in the 2nd division- they shouldnt be allowed in at all but if they were, they should be forced to start at the very bottom just like a team that me and me mates set up would, we're not America with franchises and the likes.
Don't normally bother getting involved in the Celtic v Rangers stuff but if they hate the British Army so much they can fuck off and move to Ireland (mind a lot of the Irish, even Irish Catholics, dont want the arseholes either)
Just nearly did a little poo laughing at that.
And they wonder why no fucker wants them playing in the English leagues. Keep dreaming about competitive football green brigade
Both set of 'fans' are scum. Celtic/Rangers come second to them. It's just an excuse to spread their vile abuse towards each other and carry it on for another generation. They'll use the whole Catholic/Protestant, Irish/British and Celtic/Rangers thing. It goes hand in hand. If your a Catholic your Irish and support Celtic. Got nothing to do with football and very little to do with religion. It's just looking for an excuse to hate another group of people and this crap fuels it.
If true this is a fucking superb post.
Some stupid posts on this thread, i could have won that league man, Celtic need rangers. Who will step up?
The poppy banner thing the cunts need hanging for that I would have happily seen every one with that banner crushed in the stand
Sponsorship of the SPL only brings in 2 million each year.
If you're on about TV money, then what percentage of the TV money is given to the teams who finish first and second? Cos you can take that amount away and the other ten clubs wouldn't notice that the OF weren't there.
I am on about TV money, the total money in fact. The point being that without the Rangers' rivalry that money will decrease sharply which will hit Celtic more than the rest who won't receive that much anyway.
And the circle just keeps on turning.
Why? Are people not allowed an opinion any more in that shite country known as the UK?
Some people are not royalists and hate the fact they are forced to have that rich-person, religious, grovelling, anti-Scottish derge as their national Anthem.
The last time that anthem was played at the SoL, I sat down. And I'm English.
and a pleb by the sounds of it
Why? Do you not get the links Celtic have to Ireland? That pass you by? The fact they see the UK army as an occupying force?
Not to mention the rather valid other issue of a lot of people being incredibly pissed off with the illegal political crap that the armed forces have been forced into by Blair's boys.
Do I agree with criticising the poppy? No. Do I understand where Celtic fans come from on this? Yes.
What makes me a pleb then? Having a different opinion to you again? Do piss off to your Orange Order bigots and go play in the traffic.
Which is my point.
Will do thanks. Remove the comment after
Of course, but it seems that the pro Celtic lot do not.
Well if you don't know what percentage of the TV money goes to the top two places then maybe 'the Celtic lot' can help me out.
