One thing I miss about being in the championship the occasional Friday night game. Always great atmosphere and piss up after.
The Burnley game was class under Keane.

Bradford away the day before princess Dianas funeral was a good day/night away. If we had played the Saturday it would have been called off. Boring drive back to londinium the Saturday. No music on the radio and hods of traffic around Northampton.

It was n'all. Even my owld man came over the town with me and the lads, we were all out until 6ish cos we stayed in The Glass Spider until last knockings and the taxi queue to get home was ridiculous. My Dad got a canny day or 2 of the silent treatment off my Mam like )
