I'm in Sunderland; Herrington area.
Unfortunately not. Good curry house there like?
Spice1 on Pallion road got voted 2nd best in the north east
I hear the BNP want to do an Indian take away
the spice garden in winlaton do a 8 course for £10
Starter - my usual Chicken chatt
Tandoori starter- sheek kebab/tandoori chicken
Main - Mixed chill garlic balti special fucking immense dish
Side - Onion Bhaji with dip
Rice -keema Rice
naan - Keema Chilli Naan
and theres a couple does similar but not as nice as the first one
and considering a Curry dish alone is £5.95 its a bargain
P.s. im now hungry as fuck and the shepards pie im getting for tea is o longer appealing to me anymore
curry express on hylton road do thursday specials. usually very good.
herrington eh? i only know one shop there. Reds hair and beuty do a canny chicken perma
beef curly is nice too....or a TANdoori
You can't include Onion Salad and a poppadom as a 'course'
still worth a tenner
Definately. Is a good deal.
The one over the road and up a bit from The Chesters does a Thursday and Sunday night special. Can't remember its name tho'.
Its a made up award, their curries taste like they come straight from a cheap jar.
Me personally would go for either Aroma Spice over from where the Prospect used to be, or Indian Style on the Barnes roundabout. Grangetown Tandoori are spot on but not sure if they do specials on Thurs.
I use Grangetown but, alas, they do not do any specials. Live quite close to Aroma Spice so might give that a go tonight. Bit variation and that.
Thorndale Tandoori.....£5.95 special, starter, main, curry, pillau, nan and a popadom, tremendous!!
Bhuna Prawn on puri
Chicken Balti Extra hot
Keema Chilli nan
this thread has made me fucking starving
I don't know any that DON'T do a Thursday night special.
