Should be a good place to start. 
I actually took one this morning. Not good enough for the competition but might take it again if the conditions are right.

Proper noun Mirror?
So by "an actual mirror", you mean "man made", I'm assuming. Not a natural mirror.
Sorry for late reply. Yes a physical man made, or machine made mirror. I want us all to enter photographs with actual mirrors. I don't want water reflections, as in using a lake reflecting something for example. How the mirrors are used is up to you but there needs to be at least one mirror in the photograph.

I just used postimage instead, but prefer usung forum media.
You could maybe remove some photos from your rtg album? Then add your entry to the album. ( then to the competition?)
Or maybe make your photo smaller? I'm not sure how you do that, I think it is resize?
