Anyone know if they will be fit for Tues?
We need them like.
OShea is a calf strain, he seemed to walk off ok like so hopefully it was a precaution
Colback seemed to take a heavy knock as well. He's a rock for us, so I hope he's ok too.
He didn't look happy with Luke Young after that tackle, dunno how late he was.
Judging by MON interview OShea is out of Tuesday
think it was the way the other bloke landed...he stood on Colbacks toes..
We dinnat like.
I'd rather have the Gardener at right back than Bardsley to be honest.
is richardson def out as well ?
Not a chance. Garnder can drop in and do well but Bardo is much better at defensive duties. A much improved player.
Your opinion's your own but against Everton, he's up against Royston Drenthe - I think Pienaar is cup tied...
Drenth is a right hand full and I think we should be using a specialist full back against him. I've nothing against Gardner mind, just Bardsley is a better full back.
Its on Sky Sports website
I'd prefer Gardner at RB if Bardsley isn't available and JOS at centre half tbh like. Don't think the Greek is very good.
Biggest problem with him is that he and turner, while good in the air, are one paced and it'll give everton a lot of space.
Tough decision as the Greek is a monster in the air. Down Goodson that's all they had. Non stop arial attacks. I refuse to allow Oshea to play RB so it's either the Greek or Oshea at CH.
Do you honestly believe Gardner is a better RB than Bardsley?
He doesn't look ower comfortable on the ball, I thought he had a decent game today though
U thought it was a bit risky playing O'shea today, albeit for a strained hammy...however the calf strain looks like he'll miss Tuesday.
Bardo's ill with something and while Gardner can fill in I hope Bardo's back as Drenthe is dangerous and might cause Gardner to up-end him a few times whereas Bardo will just wipe him out!
The Greek worries me as he always looks like a tennis player who doesn't step back enough before commiting himself losing balance in the process, saying that he played well today.
I think Cattermole will come in for Colback TBH even if he is not injured.
I hope Bardsley is back for Tuesday as he has been great recently. The Greek will make way for O'Shea as long as he is ok. Would be nice to see Kieran back too although have no problem with Bridge continuing - he is not cup tied is he?
Nah, he played down Everton mate.
