Part of my reasoning for posting re South Shields news on here is the humerous and angry responses it provokes (for some reason)

When you consider the amount of Shields lads and lasses who are members on here and indeed, who make up a good part of the average attendance at the SOL, I think that there's probably quite a few more than "very few" who give a sh*t.

He's clearly a bit of a helmet, mate. Population of South Shields is 103,000 and you could argue the Marjority of those will be Sunderland fans- this is why I find it odd from those who moan and groan
