This is advertised on the tellies at my gym, is it as good as it says?
Aye, get one mate, you'll have a.six pack in no time, also get a bull worker, they're the dogs bollocks for building those arms!
I would say no for the average person. Reasonably fit already, perfect diet and then you may get results they show on tv. People selling this kit haven't got the way they are just from this sort of kit.
Agree with this.
You can have the biggest, most ripped abs in the world but neebody will see them if you've got a big kite ower the top. Need to get your body fat% down at the same time.
Yep, probably need to drop down to around 8-10% to be perfect but I reckon you could have partly showing at maybe 14-16%.
No harm in doing ab work but reducing body fat is the key.
DW? annoys me that, if they're that good why have the gym not got any?
If they were any good there'd be no need for Gyms would they?
