uk hot deal
i got a 40" toshiba led 3d recommended by our wilfy for £399 last week
I misread that as 42" Fanny Plasma
That's a very good deal. We got pretty much the same one a few years ago and paid just over £900 :-(
that's some gash mind cum in handy when its raining
Cracking telly, got 2 at Xmas.
had a few plasmas down the years and the screen burn always pisses me off.
really? maybe you should come around and tell my tv that.
Must be old one then, years since any issues with screenburn.
last one was about 3 - 4 years old, was a toshiba. was a shame cos i liked the tv.
I have never experienced screen burn ever, Always Panasonic mind.
Plasma is still king no matter what they try to tell you otherwise.
Is this true? Was looking at getting one of these for my business, but was worried that it would burn in, as it would be showing BBC/Sky News/SSN all day.
The yellow bar burnt in on dead-line day?
Switch owa from Sky Sports every now and again man, that's the only way screen burn still happens....hours on 1 channel.
Cheaper plasma may suffer from screen burn, but this will only happen if you dont run them in correctly.
I've only ever had Pioneers and had no chew whatsoever (always ran them in first though)
As mentioned Plasma still the mutts nuts compared to LCD's etc.
Pioneer not making tellys anymore so might have to have a look at these pannys
Your Pioneer must be getting on now mind.
Panasonic bought the Kuro technology from Pioneer.
I got screen burn on my Samsung from listening to talksport on a night, only 2 year old aswell.
Got an LED tv last year, must say I'm very impressed. Plasma is very good but I prefer the LED. Saying that it's the only one I've had so other brands might not be as good but this Samsung one is the tits.
6 year old now and still better than the vast majority of tellys made today.
Panasonic also have all the Pioneer engineers/designers working for them now IIRC
Samsungs are shite like
