Be careful.......he doesn't look like he lifts light weights with perfect form. In fact, he looks like he might go to failure.......the lord will be along in a minute to tell you off

Wow, that was funny, but not as funny as the fact that you attempt to mock me as opposed to posting an informed response in the thread where training to failure with weights was discussed.

Here man, why do you find the need to argue with everyone who has a differing opinion to yours? For every article you post from some scientist or journal there will always be an opposite opinion out there too.

I googled training to faiure and the first two articles are for and against....

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/train2.htm

    http://www.cbass.com/KevinDye.htm

I had a career in the Parachute Regiment which required me to understand speed, strength and endurance...... I have been traing with weights for over 20 years........I know what works for me.

Because you said he must train to failure for optimal results, which is something you couldn't substantiate and is just plain false. Instead of actually posting a reply in that thread, you tried to be funny in another thread.

Ah "it works for me" - the least credible argument to anything relating to nutrition/training.
