    Slum landlords, exorbitant rents to DSS wallers.............too many trying to make a killing instead of rent controlled social housing.

    I do both - we've a few properties in Slovakia / Hungary which is my retirement home and fund. We just rent here in Brno though as the prices are ridiculous and I don't intend on living here all the time
