    Default Andy Carroll

Brendan Rodgers refusing to rule out Andy Carroll leaving or going out on loan.

It won't go down well on here but IMO we should be in for him if he is available, he'd be perfect for an O'Neill system and would score for fun with the crosses we put in. It's a shame his mag roots mean this is a virtual non-starter, although his family are Sunderland fans.

The fact he's a mag means nowt, it's the price and wages that make it a no-go.

He'll be upfront with Cisse at Newcastle next season.

I'd quite like him here too, starting every game would make a lot of difference imo.

    Will never happen though.

all politics aside i think he'd be a massive success here. on a purely football level it would be good for both him and us.

This I couldn't give a fuck where he's from. Aslong as he gives 100% every game including against his hometown.

I don't think his former club would make a difference to our staff trying to sign him, if they thought he was the right player. Still don't think we'll sign him though.

Carroll would have scored 15 goals minimum if he was playing for us last season with the crosses we had coming in. He needs to go to a team that will play to his strengths and no better manager than O'Neill to do that.
