    I also have 2 burgers with 200g chicken and 200 gram rice throughout the day, so I just buy a tub of lean mince and use the egg whites to make my own burgers,

    Also make custard occasionally

    Either.......

    Porridge with a scoop of chocolate protein and a spoonful of peanut butter. Banana chopped on top.

    Or......

    3 egg omelette and wholewheat toast.

    you should look into making your own pasta - dead cheap if you have a load of spare egg yolks

    might seem like a silly question, but, reading this should I be having some protein with my breakfast? I normally have bran flakes or special K with milk then a yogurt

    Depends what your goal is and if you get enough protein from your other meals throughout the day. My aim is to build muscle, and I try to have protein with every meal.

    If your on a calorie controlled diet to lose weight then perhaps protein isn't that necessary.
