Sanding floorboards etc...
Me mother (na) wants to pull her living room carpet up and have the floorboards sanded and varnished etc...
I haven't got time to do it myself so wondered if anyone could suggest a local bloke (or lass, not fussy) that could provide a quote and do the job? Any ideas how much it would be? I'd estimate the room is 20ft x 15ft... Cheers in advance (for the sensible replies)  |

costs about 50 odd quid to hire the sander and drum disks then about 40 odd quid for the varnish (i used ronseal) if thats any help to you
