I'm with Natwest myself but doubt I'll need cash out til maybe Sunday and havent used my debit card all week either so not sure if I'll be affected. Another week before I get paid, so I have money in my account, I'm not waiting for any credits or owt.
Not received my pay or my phone bill gone out, both of which should've happened in the last 2 days. So sat here with my balance showing £20 when I should've been going down to London for a long weekend.

I had an incredibly aggressive call from one of our employees yesterday to tell me that "no one had been paid" which was not true. We checked our bank and the payment had gone out and when he rang NatWest he found out the error was at their end but there was no hint of an apology to me.

Just had to go into the branch and sort out sending the deposit for me flat, they had to ring up and process it manually, well thats what they telt me anyway.

It was full of builders, painters, students withdrawing their wedge and none of their accounts were updated, that was at 12.45.

Was expecting more to be angry/swearing but everyone just seemed to get on with it no bother................... ......

Online banking seems to be down now too.

Anyone else wondering if they're secretly going bust... Though wouldn't bother me if they did, I owe them a lot more money than they have of mine!
