Struggle massively after meals trying to resist the temptation of something sweet. Has anyone got any food products that help with this? I seen someone mention before about the low calorie chocolate sauce or something!

Surely eating sweet stuff after a meal is absolutely fine as long as your main meal wasn't a complete stomach-filler man-versus-food type of deal and you're getting regular exercise?
I have a similar problem, went to Asda last night and picked up a few boxes of Alpen bars, under 90 calories and £1 a box. Got cherry bakewell, chocolate fudge and chocolate orange flavours. Only had the bakewell one so far, 7/10.
I've got a huge sweet tooth, but I kinda give it all up when I'm dieting. I have a chocolate flavoured protein shake, and just mix a tiny but of that with milk when I fancy something sweet. Not great but it puts me off having some chocolate
Incorporate sweet foods into your diet. There's also things like 'calorie free' chocolate sauce by Walden Farms and you can get virtually calorie free jelly from most supermarkets.
I have Quark, mixed with peanut butter and a drop of natural honey. Although, I'm trying to hoy on a bit muscle, and I'm guessing the OP wants to reduce calories.
