Anyone use these? are they as good as everyone says?

Thinking of getting a couple of 16kg

Don't see what advantages they have over dumbbells unless you are swinging them between your legs.

Great pieces of kit depending on what you want to do with them, can be a good cardio tool aswell. 16kg is canny heavy like but obviously I have no idea how fit/strong you are and what you want to use them for.
