Done a bit reading and it seems the arguments suggest that to see six pack and ab definition you need anywhere from 15% but more likely sub 10% body fat.
Seems like im on a plateu and had 12% body fat for ages, would mixing up my routine be enough or do I need to perform totally different workouts?
Ive done zero work on my abs yet like so 12% might be enough for me but im thinking negatively. Im going to increase my gym visits to 4-5 times a week in a fortnight and was wondering if anyone can recommend me a routine which focuses on my abs and pecs?
Also will core exercises contribute to definition?
