    Default Body Fat Percentage

    Done a bit reading and it seems the arguments suggest that to see six pack and ab definition you need anywhere from 15% but more likely sub 10% body fat.

    Seems like im on a plateu and had 12% body fat for ages, would mixing up my routine be enough or do I need to perform totally different workouts?

    Ive done zero work on my abs yet like so 12% might be enough for me but im thinking negatively. Im going to increase my gym visits to 4-5 times a week in a fortnight and was wondering if anyone can recommend me a routine which focuses on my abs and pecs?

    Also will core exercises contribute to definition?

    its not complicated like just do abb workouts, work the top and bottom of your stomach, you shouldn't need to lose anymore fat though, nor would it be healthy.

    If you want to see abs then cut body fat until you see abs. Different people will be at different bf% to have a six pack depending on where they store it - legs, hips, waist, viscerally etc.


    hanging leg raises w/ dumbell between your ankles/knees, and heavy flat bench? lots of volume

    you could probably do abs everyday just like you can calves, they're a bit weird.

    core stuff is just yoga for dudes

    I read something the other day that said about 10 but that might have been for weightlifters or something
