    Default Mortgage Advice

Purchased £95k house, got a £28,500 deposit for the house. Who will be the best mortgage with? We are getting messed about by the Newcastle Building Society and they are making it very hard indeed. We have no adverse credit history. Can anyone advise if they had a quick and easy mortgage experience and whith whom? I know everyone is different but just want to put the feelers out.
    Cheers

I just went to se a mortgage advisor about mine. I had 50% deposit for mine a nearly very bank was offering me a deal. I went with the shortest term at a price I could afford without sacrificing going out and having a life. Was £75 well spent in my book.
