There was a rumour doing the rounds that another team in the league were going to get points deducted for some dodgy dealings - can't remember exactly what - but this would save the Falcons from the drop. Heard nowt recently tho.

Depends on if that points deduction would put them bottom of the pile, obviously. But I haven't heard about that.

On the beeb website it said that Bedford and Cornish Pirates grounds aren't up to scratch so they haven't applied to join the premiership. The skunk falcons have got to hope one of them win the play offs.
