Learn a few basic sentences in German, (ordering beer etc) you'll get on better with the locals if they see you trying.

    The Hoffbrau house. Drink steins.

Kuntzpark for night clubs/ strip clubs and restautants.

The Hofbrau is overrated. Try somewhere like the Augustiner Keller on Amulfstrasse (it's attached to the brewery), probably a tram ride from the centre but much more authentic.

Munich has plenty to see and do so just have a wander in the centre.

Nymphenburg Palace is worth the fairly short journey from the centre. Very relaxing.

Make sure you have some Weisswurst before midday - a great excuse for an early beer.

Don't go for an Indian meal, you'll be shocked by the blandness.

    Where are you staying?

Beautiful city and within day-trip distance of outings to Dachau and Neuschwanstein (crazy prince Ludwig's fairy tale Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Castle).
