If you are outside of your 1year contract you can get a wireless n router for them.

I would just rip password from sky router and use the net gear one.

T&c asside they tend not to bother you unless you have hassle with the line / connection

Else disable dhcp on the net gear and let sky do that and the net gear will act as a hub/switch/access point.
