theres no mention of an agreed fee though- the guy was talking about first refusal- sounds similar to Man Utd's agreement over rossi where if an offer came in for rossi and they accepted it they had to tell Man Utd the offer and had to accept Man Utd's bid if they matched it.

it would make things like player swaps and stuff more complicated but basically

if we accept 6 million for him- we have to accept a bid from al-ain if they match it (so no bidding war)
