FWIW Campbell has looked more assured as a winger than as a striker during his time at SAFC. Bruce played him there alot when he first arrived and his pace caused many full backs problems and he can cross a ball - his run and cross for Sessegnon's goal against Swansea from that position was world class.

Give the lad a fucking chance eh....

I agree with you, but I think you are thinking of the Norwich game. Wasnt it McClean that set up Sess's goal v Swansea?

A good move all round. He deserves to be allowed to have this operatiion so he can represent his country if chosen. That is still an honour in Sweden unlike the attitude of some British players. In addition he will be grateful and perhaps show loyalty in return for the new season when he will be part of our push for Europe.
