can you still sell players under a transfer embargo? seems to defeat the purpose of being in administration if not.

bill miller's bid is dependant on no more punishment being handed to them i.e. reduce money or points taken off

yes you can sell players, when dundee were in admin we sold griffiths to wolves with the fee allowing the club to survive to the end of the season

if you go into administration you get a point deduction.

ranger's survival is obviously very important to the spl, because of that he is trying to blackmail them into not deducting the points, which i assume would take them out of CL qualification. as i said, i hope he gets told to fuck right off

yeah they got 10 but looking more likely liquidation, so as spl is an invite only league the newco basically will get back in as 11 other chairman are OF puppets and there arse would collapse if they tried to play hardball as they rely on the crumbs they recieve from the tv deal

scottish football has many problems and needs major change pronto before it gets any worse

the price of entry to games is far too high for the product
making teams have all seater stadia and undersoil heating
lack of competition due to many reasons not just OF fault
voting system for changes means that OF can side together and stop any major changes that could affect their dominance
reliance on tv money to supplement their budgets

i could list all the problems i see but will rein myself in a bit lol

UEFA will not allow them into Europe according to sky yesterday on the Motherwell V Celtic match. It's between Motherwell and Dundee Utd for the second CL place.
