Nice for a brunch or to sort a hangover
Take a pan, on medium heat, and add a little butter, then lob in some crushed garlic (2 cloves) and some slices of smoked ham (chopped). Stir for 2 minutes, ensuring the garlic does not burn.
Then take 2 hot green chillies (sliced thinly) and 100g of chopped mushrooms and lob into the pan.
Cook for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms start to brown.
Take off the heat and add 2 tsp of parsley and 1 tsp of oregano. Stir. Then add some sour cream and mix together. Season.
Transfer to a pot or summat else suitable for the over and leave for 10 mins to sort of set.
Then make a shallow hole in the mixture and crack an egg into it. Season egg well.
Put in over for 25 mins at 180
Take out, grate cheese over the top and put back in the oven for 5 mins.
Take out, add a splash of komodos hot sauce and enjoy.
