I've stopped before on many occasions sometimes moving to cigars (nivver work and more expensive) then relent. Last time was at Everton (A) 2005? in a pub.. beers and give us a drag, then tab, then tab, then buy some..and here I am ganning for a tab!

In stopping tomorrow. Went to see the no smoking nurse yesterday and picked up my prescription today. I've enjoyed one last box of tabs today And then I'm one the patches tomorrow.

I tried last year and managed 4 months. Im hoping for better results this time.
