Villa match this Saturday in Edinburgh. The Globe.

Alright lads. Anyone about in Edinburgh this weekend?

Just thought I'd put a thread on here for this in case anyone is up in Edinburgh. After seeing Redanwhitejoe's thread a few weeks back about the Everton match being on in The Globe and it being a canny turn out, i contacted him as there's 20 of us up for a stag this weekend.

We are hoping that The Globe will have the match on (as they said if our matches are broadcast and theres double figures theyd try their best) and many thanks to Joe and McMackem whos said hes gonna look into it for us as Joe unfortunately cant be about.

I thought i'd post this in case anyone else fancies turning up if the game is on. To be honest, even if its not we'll be there for the duration of the match (watch SSN,or another game etc) as weve heard very good reports about the pub.

So, if anyone fancies turning out, do pop along. Therell be 20 or so other SAFC fans there and it should be a good day, especially if they do have the match on (McMackem reckons if it's on a European channel then theyll oblige for us).

If we can find out for definite if its on before Saturday then I'll try my best to get through. Its one of only 2 three o'clock games confirmed on liveonlinefooty so I would presume it'll be easy enough for them to get it shown like. Would normally just watch it in the house but the chance for a few pints with some fellow red and whites might be too good to resist!

McMackem says f its on a European broadcaster then they most likely will (as theres loads of us and were going there for opening) but i dont know how to see whos broadcasting.
