How do you keep focused on your goals when your life starts getting in the way? should have been at the gym last night but I just couldnt face it as I was worked up.

keep in mind where you want to be, diet is the most important factor. One day out of your schedule won't do much harm, just keep looking forward.

I find going to the gym helps with any stress I get. Its a chance to get away from it for a while and I always feel better and more relaxed after a workout.

    This.

Things have calmed down a bit at work, but before the gym was my favourite place as there was no one hassling me. Saying that, now I train on a morning as I know I wouldn't go and do as much on a night. Only train on a night if I'm bored.
