Nope. Disappoints, yes. Particularly when it's a fiver a ticket for games such as bolton and wolves and we are told its all about price.

Suppose a few more will turn up for manyoo.

By whom? 37K is a superb crowd for Sunderland. No ifs buts or maybes. It is much better than anything you, I, your dad, grandad and his dad is used to.

Blue 1444 ( Centre East and West )
Red 2886 (Corners upper and lower)
Purple 2953 ( North Stand upper and lower)
Orange 997 (Wings East and West)
    Grey 0 (South Stand)
    Black 0 (black Cats bar)

    Total tickets left 8280

BCB (black) and South Stand are currently not for sale for some reason, so there are a potential 2100 tickets to be added once released.

    So using the Gunn formula
    Sell out = 47936
    less 8280 (tickets left)
Less 3300 (area reserved for United)
    Add 1700 (Utd allocation)

We have a current tickets sold situation of

    38,056.

However once the South Stand and BCB is released this may drop by 2,200.
Cheers mate I should be back for next season.

Historically, it is decent, certainly if you compare it to the 80s and 90s which were my formative years supporting SAFC. However, we are down on last season under Bruce by a couple of thousand, about 5000 down from when we first came up under Keane, and about 9000 down from under Reid.

Maybe the Reid era was a one-off, but not unreasonable to ask where so many fans have gone from four years ago when we are undoubtedly a better team and have a better manager than back then.
