    Fair enough, I just thought with all the great aircraft past & present, a modified Bombardier Global Express wouldn't be top of anyones list!

    Saw some of these (B1B bombers)on a tour of an USAF base in 1980. Was only allowed to see them from half a mile away, no binoculars or cameras allowed. Nice plane though.

    Harriers. Great invention but a bit long in the tooth now.

    Spitfires of course, but I think they were pipped in performace once the P-51 Mustangs came along, which are beautiful planes.

    My old man flew all sorts in the RAF but his favourite was the Lancaster.

    I like them single seat fighters the yanks have, maybe F-18s?
