    Default Financial Fair Play

Anyone care to shed light how this works? Googled it and find it slightly confusing When they say they want clubs to break even, is that over one financial year or longer? Surely the amount Liverpool and City have spent lately will put them at a huge disadvantage in the future?

Off the top of my head.

Maximum losses over 2 seasons starting next year.

    Its ridiculous, way too loose.

One thing I would do would be to create an exchange for transfers, everything is recorded and transparent. And clubs are paid immediately, none of these delayed fees

Basically means if your not a regular champions league team by the time it comes in you never will be and the same boring old teams (and supporters) who have seen European football time and time again, will get to do it forever more while the rest of us watch it on the telly and further contribute to their inevitable domination.

    Have I missed anything?

clubs that can should pile in money now as the 'size' of club you are financially will be effectively locked in with only profit annually permitted as growth - ie 'scale changes' will be very difficult. We shouldnt come out of this too badly tbh. But for example, its unlikely that say Leeds would ever be a major force again.

An achilles heel in this is sponsorship deals that are actually hidden investment. Not really been addressed.
