I don't know what the answer is, but from it's inception in Tolpuddle in the 1830s the Labour movement was created to protect the british working class and it's created the welfare state that we all enjoy today.
The party has been hijacked by a bunch of pseudo middle class tossers who view politics as a vocation as opposed to an obligation and are more interested in fiddling expenses than protecting the interests of their constituents.

Unfortunately most of them don't have a certificate on a piece of rice paper saying they turned up for three days at the university of Bullyhole Bottom (it's in Wales) and are actually "university graduates"

Why not borrow more if everyone is going bust?

If I buy a house for £500k and put down a £50k deposit the bank will lose a lot more than I will, and they are daft/greedy to be lending it to me.

If I've saved 50k over my working life and buy a 50k house I could lose everything.
