How come diesel is running out at garages before petrol? might seem a strange question but back in 2000 when the blockades were on, I remember never having any problem getting diesel, but recall garage after garage with no petrol, seems the situations reversed this time!

And plenty of petrol/diesel at Asda, Tradford Centre, Manchester, just they closed the garage as the queueing cars are stopping shoppers getting to supermarket.

Because everyone has realised that petrol cars get you 300 miles whereas a decent diesel will get you double that for the same amount of fuel.

I'm getting the same MPG in my unleaded car that I was in my diesel car.
