Match on in chester

been forced to go visit relatives in chester this weekend - anyone any ideas of decent pub to watch a bit of footie, even if its not our match?

Cracking boozer with big screens right on the corner outside the train station. Cant remember the name but I was down before Xmas and watched a couple of games and it was a great atmosphere.

Shropshire Arms - it's a good boozer with plenty room upstairs to watch the games. Right in the city centre just along from the town hall opposite the cathedral. I used to work there when I was a bairn.

I watched the City v Arsenal (Adebayor length of pitch to gloat match) in there a couple of years ago with a couple of Arsenal mates. Good atmosphere. Will be chock full of City fans though.

Shropshire arms, Stanley arms and a place called the Bouverie is good for a drink (bit pricey mind and right out of town toward to student bit). Good few in the city centre though that are good. Can't go too far wrong.

One to avoid - the LA (liverpool arms). rainbow flags and that in there.
