    Default Jordan Cook

Whilst I'm sure none of you probably care atm considering the absolute shite result we had tonight, just thought I'd mention that Jordan Cook scored 2 for Carlisle tonight. Dunno if seb but I thought it would be a nice change to see something different on here other than the majority of people moaning about the Everton game

I thought i would bump this as it has obviously been lost in the meltdown

Seen Jordan a few times and think he's got a chance. He's a solid lad with good ability. A few games in league 1 and a few goals will give him some confidence. Obviously, we've seen a few lads do this and get nowhere but do others think he might be pushing towards 1st team squad next season or does he need another season out on loan, maybe in Championship?

Saw him play for the ressies a couple of times in Keano's last season. For me, he was the outstanding player on both occasions.

I've been impressed whenever I saw him play for the reserves.

Wonder if he'll feature for us next season? He's already 22; has to be close to ready.

Iirc he's right footed but played a lot on the left wing, is that correct?
Looked very promising from the glimpses we've had of him and hopefully he can push his way into the first team set up, versatility with both feet is always a valuable tool for a wide player

Cracking finish for the first goal and calm for the penalty. No idea if he's good enough for us bit looks like he'll certainly make a living from the game.

I thought he's looked decent even in the very limited time he's had in the first team. I was particularly impressed when he made his debut away at Old Trafford and played left wing. I thought he caused his full back plenty of problems and looked lively.

Hopefully he can get a 6th month loan deal in the Championship at the start of next season and come back in the new year and have an impact.

Well done to him. Not sure if he'll make it but he's worth a go in the first team if he's in form.
