    if it would benefit it would be done

    obviously rhesus monkeys fulfil a role , making it unnecessary to use chimps

    These people boil my piss. In a warped view which they may have not even realised due to their heads being up their arses. they are effectively saying "don't test on animals it is cruel . But wer willing to potentially let half the human population die" and all because we wouldn't have half the meds we have around today.

    Sorry but animals can be put through a lot of pain!
    Its not like cows,pigs and lambs that are slaughterd humanely!

    Why dont companies rent prison space and use scum of the earth prisoners ie peados, rapists, murderers.

    I would say use humans for the testing. Especially those on life sentances or facing death penalty. May as well be some use to us.

    Technically the same as some rodent.
