Just come back from the town, gamestation was clearing there shelves so nothing to be had. Went into both Games in the Bridges and next to McDonald's and it looked like business as usual, high prices. They had Ico/Shadow of the Colossus preowned for £20, i offered them a tenner and they refused They have raped the gaming public for too long now and I wont be shedding any tears when they shut for good
They are closed now and have put up a poster advising people to go to Game next to Mcdonalds. Anyone know if the Bridges Game store has closed as i would have thought this would of been the one nearest to Blandford Street.
Wow trying to trick people into buying MA2 thinking its the new one
To be honest they've survived for so long because of the mams & dads going in not having a clue
When I as in today a bloke was in buying a preowned Nintendo 3DS
"Have i still got 12 months warranty?"
"Yeah of course, Game will be bought out so we will honour it even if we are not trading under Game"
"OK, can i have a look at the condition of it?"
"No sorry, it's come sealed from our head office warehouse, we are not allowed to open it but its been fully tested and is in working order"
I had to walk out and bite my tongue. Im not sure if he bought it but if he did then it sums up why game have been trading for so long
My ma gave me a £50 GAME voucher for Christmas.
I told her to get me a bottle of whisky.

Was gonna go in in Shields yesterday but there was no one in so I decided not to. Couldn't be arsed to get hassled, even more so when they're in such a shite state.
