The Suns player ratings from saturday
sorry if seb
Mignolet 6, Bardsley 6, O'Shea 6, Turner 6, Bridge 5, Larsson 5, Colback 6, Gardner 7, McClean 6, Bendtner 8 (Wickham 5), Campbell 6 (Vaughan 5)
Surely a joke, how can O'Shea, Turner and Colback be only on 6's? Turner and O'shea were our two best player IMO

Re: The Suns player ratings from saturday
If Jack Colback had had the same performance but wearing a Liverpool shirt he would have been given an 8.

Probably because the sun just make up ratings without actually bothering to watch the match. "Hmm, Sunderland won, lets give them all 6's except for the goalscorer, bang him up to an 8", "they'll cotton on that we dont actually give a fuck if we do that mind", "aye, good point, right, Bridge is probably still settling in so we'll give him a 5, we'll give the subs a 5 just for the hell of it and lets give Larsson a 5 because he didnt score a free kick, give Gardner a 7 to make up for it", "why a 7 for Gardner?", "fuck knows but no one will moan", "cool"

Re: The Suns player ratings from saturday
I e-mailed the Sun once about their ratings. We were playing Spurs in a league match and Nuggsy was RB. I'm not kidding you he had one of the best games i've ever saw, he was tremendous, up and down the right, no one getting passed him, it was hte complete performance.
I picked up the Sun the following day to my astonishment i noticed they had given Nuggsy a 3 - yes a fucking 3!
I e-mailed them kicking off, to which they replied saying they have experts in their field watching and analysing each players performance.
What a load of shite and those ratings above confirm that!

Re: The Suns player ratings from saturday
None of the papers gave us any credit. Ok it wasn't a good game but we were the better side. Liverpool are a poor side but no one will admit it. They haven't improved since last season. So they'll make excuses, like the wind, Gerrard coming on as a sub etc.
Nothing about us missing three key players as well as Brown. How we battled for everthing. Just feeling sorry for Liverpool.
P.S It wasn't a fluke goal. It was a great shot by Campbell and Bendtner should get credit for acting the quickest for the rebound.
